We Want Your Feedback

Every page in this guide improves because readers speak up. Spotted outdated information? Tell us. Found a detail that doesn't match what you saw elsewhere? Tell us. Searched for Euro Plus, euro agri or euroagri and landed on something confusing or off-topic? That helps us too. Tips, corrections, suggestions for new topics and general comments are all welcome. Be specific where you can. Mention the page you were reading and what you expected to find. The more detail you give, the faster we can check it and fix it. Short messages are fine. We read everything that comes in.

Email or Form: Which to Use

Pick email when your message needs context. That means longer questions, screenshots, supporting details or a correction with several parts. A written thread also gives you a record of the conversation. Use the contact form for quick, single-point messages: a typo, a broken page element, a brief suggestion or a simple question. The form keeps your message structured, so it reaches the right person without back-and-forth. Not sure which fits? Default to the form. If your message turns out to need more detail, we will reply and move the conversation to email. Either way, include a working address so we can respond.

What to Expect After You Write

We reply within 48 hours on business days. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays in New Zealand join the queue and are answered on the next working day. You will get a real response from a person, not a canned acknowledgement. If your message needs fact-checking, we may tell you we are looking into it and follow up once we have confirmed the details. Corrections that check out are applied to the guide as soon as we can. If you have not heard back after two business days, check your spam folder, then send a short follow-up.

What We Cannot Help With

We are an editorial guide, not an operator. That means we cannot access, review or change any gambling account. We cannot resolve disputes over deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification checks, account limits or closures. We also cannot act as a go-between with a casino. If you have an issue with an account, contact the operator directly through its own support channels and keep records of your messages. If an operator does not resolve a complaint, check whether it names a regulator or dispute process in its terms, and use that route. We can still hear your experience as feedback, but we cannot intervene in individual cases.

Play Safe, Stay in Control

Gambling should stay entertainment, never a way to make money or recover losses. Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Use deposit limits and time reminders where operators offer them, and take breaks. You must be 18 or older to gamble. If gambling stops feeling fun or you are worried about your own play or someone else's, talk to someone you trust and reach out to a New Zealand support service. Help is free, confidential and available. If you ever feel you are losing control, step away and ask for support early.
